The Phoenix Health Fund team did it again today – I was having communication and other issues with my former PHI provider and Jan from team Phoenix Health Fund very kindly went the extra mile to contact the said former PHI Provider and resolved my issue for me super quick. You made my day, Jan – thank you! I have just made the switch to Phoenix Health Fund, and am already so happy to be here.

Follow up call was super quick, like 10 minutes from checking online. Appears a little more expensive than others but once you talk through it all. It makes sense to go with slightly better cover. Great customer service!!

Amy is really helpful and patient to answer and explain details in the policy. The explanation is clear and easy to follow. Also the team's administration efficiency is pretty high so overall I'm happy as a new policy holder.

Great experience so far, Jessica was very friendly and helpful. Having the continuity of the same rep each phone call and email is a service we should demand as standard. This was the case with Phoenix but none of the other funds I contacted.

I was not prompted by some generic email to write a review about Phoenix Health . My wife and i have been members of PH for many many years however its only been recently that we have had to take advantage of their services . I don't think i have come across such a friendly , proactive , value for money organisation as PH . We have had some medical bills of late and all of them had been paid , no fuss , no bother , some were paid by PH before we knew they had to be paid !!! i cannot recommend PH highly enough to anyone considering private health care
