The staff owners? are very friendly and we enjoyed our visit very much. The place is modern looking and we were happy to see that the business is still able to continue working well although it seemed like not to many businesses are back to work from office here on Jasper Ave. I ordered Egg Benedict and my colleague had Western omelette breakfast and both were tasty and well prepared. I wish my egg Benny had a bit more runny yolk, however I didn’t ask for it, not a restaurant’s mistake. Highly recommended!

I’ve been here a few times and it’s great. Always a warm welcome with very friendly staff. I’ve had the eggs benedict, farmers omelet and clubhouse and they’re all great. The prices are very affordable and food comes out quick. Highly recommend.

Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon for a quick lunch for the first time as was impressed. I didn’t know they had opened our server, perhaps part owner, said they’ve been open for 2 months already and was happy to see a restaurant in this troubled space many businesses have opened and closed here over the past few years. The server was very friendly and let me know about the lunch special, a roast beef sandwich and fries or soup for $10 - a great deal! I ordered that, along with a bottomless lemonade, and enjoyed both. The sandwich was quite tasty, as were the fries. The interior was mostly unchanged from the previous business, which isn’t a bad thing considering it’s well appointed and modern. I’m happy to see a well priced breakfast / lunch spot along Jasper, which may offer some friendly competition with The Commodore a block east.

Had this very yummy banana split waffle. I definitely recommend this for the sweet tooth. My husband BC burger, sorry no picture of this. He ate it and loved it

Probably more of a 3.5. It's a very quaint diner where the staff will leave you alone to enjoy your meal or coffee etc. We ordered the eggs benny with ham and one with bacon. The potatoes were average, the hollandaise sauce was pretty good, and the serving size was just right. Very reasonable prices.

Boyfriend and I came here for a quick breakfast. Very relaxed atmosphere with quick and friendly service. Waitress was tentative without hovering. Ordered the Ham Eggs Benedict and Meatlovers Skillet, everything came out fresh and hot and very fast!! My eggs were poached perfectly and portions were very reasonable for the price. Will definitely come back if we are in the area again.

Nice atmosphere. The coffee was fresh and made well. The food was delicious & portioned generously. Very friendly server, definitely worth checking out.

I went a few weeks ago and absolutely enjoyed myself. It was a Monday afternoon, practically empty but that didn't take away from the atmosphere. Food was delicious, so affordable and the woman working there was attentive and kind. I'd absolutely recommend this place, it's comfortable, moody, and over all a pleasure to eat at.

Absolute best place downtown to get high quality breakfast and lunch at extremely reasonable prices. Wonderful service, server fills your cup of coffee before you finish, and always has a smile on her face. Support local, save money, enjoy well made, quality home style food downtown!
