This pho is very traditional Vietnamese, and you can taste the chefs long years of honed experience in the way they perfectly balanced the flavors. The server was very attentive and fast. It's a popular lunch spot for locals and also a great spot for a date. Definately fits the fall season vibes.Food: 5/5

Pho Ton is an excellent place for a variety of special dishes beside the standard pho offerings. The ingredients and flavors that are better than most. The broth hits all the flavor notes and the combo meats are plentiful. Make a visit to check out this little gem in Vancouver.

We’ve been coming here for years. The staff is always welcoming and cheerful, like they are genuinely excited to see you again! But really the most important part is the Chicken Curry Noodle Soup which is simply a profoundly soul savingly, deeply savory, answer to all your problems! Seriously, a moving, rich, spiritual experience. Every time I go there I think, OMG! I could live on this stuff the rest of life! In the dictionary of life it comes right after Satisfying. The fact that they are nice, is just a bit of a bonus.

Great spot that is packed on a rainy day around lunch time. Good luck with parking. I got pho with eye round steak and tofu spring rolls. Broth is very cinnamon-forward and doesn't come over seasoned, but they do have table salt ready if you're like me and tend to like your food more seasoned than comes most places in the PNW. Best pho I've had in a long time.

For many years, when we want to have pho, we come here. It is authentic. I have tried many others but most of them used MSG in their broth because it takes so much time to develop, except for this little restaurant. After all those years, this place is still working so hard to keep pho tasted yummy.

Such an authentic Vietnamese restaurant. I love their Bun Bo Hue. The broth is spicy and tasty and generous amount of meat. Perfect for a cold weather. They are always busy when I come but the service is very quick. The parking is little tricky.

My husband and I have been going here for the last 4 years. It is always consistently delicious and the service is wonderful! My husband travels for work and is a huge foodie. If he says it’s good, then it’s great! In my option, it’s easily the best place for phô in Vancouver and personally one of my favorite places to eat in general.
