Simply outstanding! This place is best described as Vietnamese-Cambodian, as food from both cultures can be found here, along with fusion dishes that feature flavors and styles from both cultures. Their top seller, the beef satay, is among the absolute best satays I've ever had and I always try the satay at every Vietnamese restaurant I visit. The soup is thick with a strong creamy peanut flavor, and the beef comes rare and is extremely tender. Their banh mi sandwiches was also excellent. The bread was toasty and fresh, packed with zesty veggies and delicious meat. Finally, the Khmer karee had very authentic flavors, immediately reminding me of my time travelling in Cambodia.
Fantastic vermicelli bowls, best I've ever had. The Cambodian spring rolls are also excellent, this is a place I'll come back to many times.Food: 5/5
Went here last week with a couple friends. Food and service was amazing. It's nice that there is a Cambodian restaurant in the city. The jackfruit smoothie is made with fresh fruit and is absolutely delicious. The Prahok Ktiss is a must try appetizer.
Great atmosphere, super friendly staff and great tasting food! The soups are delicious, rice dishes like the Vietbodian with different types of meat. One of my favorites is the Karee Num Pang! Cambodian chicken curry on baguette I would give 10/10 if I could!
Open two months. Just returned from Cambodia and was happy to hear this restaurant is serving Cambodian food. Awesome flavours. Big portions. Shared a medium soup and pork chops and a noodle dish between two and had leftovers.
My favorite go to pho in Edmonton. Staff is extremely friendly and remember their costumers. Food is very tasty with great portion sizes.
Just stopped by here today with my partner before running some errands for the day. The parking lot is refreshingly convenient as well as the location. We ordered prahok and mango salad as our appetizers and then pork chops on rice and Khmer pho for our meal. Everything was so flavorful, especially the prahok. I'm glad that we finally have a Khmer restaurant in Edmonton! The mango salad here is probably the best I've ever had in this city. The prahok is a must try because it's especially authentic since you really can't find it anywhere unless it's cooked at home. Khmer pho was a nice change of pace from Vietnamese pho and I will 100% crave it on the day after a crazy night out. Also the portions here are very large! Thank you so much for your pleasant hospitality too! And letting me borrow your kitchen lighter!
Tasty new Cambodian/Viet fusion restaurant. My mom had the Phnom Penh noodle soup, I had the vietbodian combo, and we shared the wings. Everything was pretty good, though perhaps not seasoned perfectly for my Viet tastebuds. Try the Cambodian beef sticks and the wings for sure!
Remember to check out available specials written on the chalk board! Who doesn't love a surprise ? Thanks for the recommendations every visit ~ Bun Bo hue is my favourite. This particular day I ordered a spicy watermelon drink, banh ceo and Cambodian "pad Thai"
