Probably the best Pho place on the north, a bit better than Pho Huan Pasteur. They have amazing satay and green onion cakes, and I would recommend going here to anyone on the north.

The food at Pho Ha & Hoa is fantastic. There is a good variety to their menu and we have tried a number of different items. Everything we have tried has arrived hot and has been exceptional. The place is clean and well maintained and the staff of always being friendly.

I stumbled across this place because Pho Hoan Pasteur was closed. It surprised me by how great the soup was! I had the satay beef and my pops had the Bun Bo Hue. Would definitely come back here in the future. Staff is REALLY friendly and nice. Smiles a lot. Maybe too much...

Very yummy Viet restaurant. Portion was appropriate with price

Generous portions. Good food. Don't care for the mandatory tip for take out. Got our order wrong.

Food was so yummy!! Beef vermicelli, green onion cakes and coconut rice is some of the best I have ever had!!! Can't wait to go back!!!

I simply enjoyed their dishes. I always get excellent customer service here. The place is well kept and the workers are always welcoming. Keep up the good work.
