Probably the best Pho place on the north, a bit better than Pho Huan Pasteur. They have amazing satay and green onion cakes, and I would recommend going here to anyone on the north.
The food at Pho Ha & Hoa is fantastic. There is a good variety to their menu and we have tried a number of different items. Everything we have tried has arrived hot and has been exceptional. The place is clean and well maintained and the staff of always being friendly.
I stumbled across this place because Pho Hoan Pasteur was closed. It surprised me by how great the soup was! I had the satay beef and my pops had the Bun Bo Hue. Would definitely come back here in the future. Staff is REALLY friendly and nice. Smiles a lot. Maybe too much...
