After many years in Ottawa looking for a nail designer I found PHI salon. They are the best staff. professional and friendly. I had the best service ever. Thanks for all of them. If you looking for clean, hygiene and professional salon! Don’t miss them there.
Alice did a wonderful job. My dip nails have lasted over a month.
The service was great! They took their time did a beautiful job and used quality products. We got our nails done and they had a very impressive selection of colours.
