Phat Nails & Spa

I have to update my review I got my nails done 4 weeks ago today with Jacob and they still look amazing! They are still firmly attached with no sign of the designs getting worn-out chipping or anything and I've gotten my nails caught on doors, slammed in drawers and wash my hands constantly. Seriously the best manicure I've ever gotten. I shared a picture from the day I got them done and from tonight. I'm so excited to get then done with them again.

not sure the name of my nail tech but he did a beautiful job! only took about an hour for this beautiful french tip look with pearls!! he was quiet, which i actually prefer. overall a great experience:-

My friend always goes here and speaks so highly, so I was so excited when they had time to fit me in! They are all so kind there! I wanted gel for my bridals that night, she removed my dip I had and everything I was okay until she started painting. I had gel up on a few of my fingers and had to ask her to paint the color higher up on my nails. I had clear gel all in my cuticles and have been cleaning them up since. They already look grown out and it’s only been a few days. Sides were missed. The man at the front asked me if they could fix anything and if they looked good, I did reply yes, I didn’t have time to have them fixed because of another appt. I had. I think he knew I wasn’t as happy because he didn’t charge me for the removal. I wished I had been more upfront from the beginning and fixed them. I absolutely love this salon. The people are amazing. The atmosphere is so fun. But each time I’ve taken my daughter to get her nails done here, they fall off within a week’s time. If the longevity matched the rest of my experience, this would be a home run.

This is the first place I ever got my nails professionally done, and I haven't had a bad experience yet. They have a wall of polish you can choose a color from, and I usually get like- plastic extensions I keep forgetting what they're called and they are ON there. I was so nervous they'd pop off like press ons, but I'm on week 2 and there's no sign of budging. The team is also really sweet

I was disappointed that I had to clean my nails up myself when I got home - you should never pay for a manicure just to go and fix it yourself. There was gel cured on my fingers and on my cuticles which looked sloppy. There was also some nail polish under my nails which I spent awhile scraping out, in addition to some places on my skin that I couldn't clean up for the fear that it would start peeling nail polish off of my nail, too. I wish I would have asked the lady to fix them/been more forward about my expectations. After seeing this review, Phat contacted me promptly and offered to redo my nails himself! They seem to really value their customers. I will be going back sometime later this week.Service: Gel manicures

I LOVE PHAT NAILS!! They're very professional, friendly and have never not been able to pull off a design I've given them. I've tried numerous other nail salons both in home and in the shop and no one compares in my head to Phat Nails.
