Amazing electrolysis with Farrah she is a medical electrologist she provides a very relaxing and calming environment. Extremely kind.  In her words it is not a procedure it is a solution.  Excellent service. Highly recommend her.

So I am only giving a star for the lady who did waxed my brows because she was a very kind person but I was totally unhappy with the work that was done. I asked to keep the shape of the brow and she ended up ruining my shape completely and I ended up with my right side half the thickness from when I came in and she waxed it straight across and it wasn’t even the same thickness as the left side!! All the years I have spent growing my brows to have a nice arch and she left with with thin and uneven brows. When I mentioned it to her she blamed it on my eye brow shape. I have never had such thin brows since it was actually in style like 20 years ago!! I left the salon got in my car and started to cry. I look ridiculous. I will never step foot in that place again.

I've been going to Genises Day Spa for electrolysis since April of 2017. I was debating between laser hair removal vs electronlysis back then, and I am glad I listened to my friend and gave Genesis day spa a try. I usually book my appointments with Alana because she is very knowlegable and friendly. I was seeing results within the first 2 months and now after 9 short months of treatments almost all my problems are gone! Extremely happy with the services and results! Very resonable pricing and flexible schedules as well! Would recommend to friends and family!
