Awful! Just because the driver came to my house and dropped the medication in my mail box and they never called us to inform us the driver was coming. We called the next day to know if the medication was ready and they said its delivered and we were surprised and asked who he gave it to they said he dropped it at the door entrance..... without calling us? The pharmacist start yelling and was very rude to us on the phone. Later they found out he was calling a different number inwhich they owe us an apology and they never did and still went ahead to put a standing order that the mediaction must not be delivered to our house anymore. Is this our fault? I called them twice now and they insisted i have to pick up. They were supposed to deliver yesterday because that was the agreement i had with them and they said they wont knowing fully well that they wont be open today, i was rushing to go grab it yesterday but arrived late. Now my son missed 2 doses already mainwhile hes not expected to miss a day. Am going to inform bc children hospital for this behaviour.. it's sad when people act indifferent to others because of their own mistake.
