All the staff I’ve interacted with are so so friendly and helpful. Yvette cashier, photo lab new hire and the manager are also very friendly and helpful. They go beyond the bare minimum which is what you see a lot of in other retail stores these days. When in the aisles, a staff member came up and asked if I was finding everything alright, and then walked me to where I needed to go. They seem genuinely happy to help you, and it was refreshing to see.

All our families were going on a cruise soon to celebrate our grandson’s first birthday and we wanted to collage the pictures of him and take an enlarged print from London Drugs Photo Lab at King George Blvd and 104 avenue Surrey BC. Previous day, we did a pre-check at the photo lab about what size we should print and decided to go with 18 x 24, as we thought that was the largest size that could fit our largest suitcase. Since we wanted to foamboard the picture, we wanted to be sure that it fitted our suitcase properly without breaking.nnNext day at the odd late night hour, when the doors were about to close, I went to the photo lab with the actual suitcase and wanted to fit and see a sample print of 18 x 24 on display. I figured out that it was way too late and the people of the photo lab had gone home much before. Nevertheless, I was approached by an enthusiastic employee available in the scene and he checked with me what he could do for me. It is to be noted that it wasn’t his job, but still he was very proactive in approaching me and very courteous of him to check on me.nnI told him the situation and he tried first one specimen picture which was somewhat within the reach but then we both realized that the specimen picture is hard-fixed to its surface and not removable and no possibility of putting inside my suitcase and see if it fitted.nnHe empathized with me and at once did something which I never expected him to do. There was another specimen fitted way up above on the wall almost close to the ceiling and he noticed if he could reach it somehow, he could bring the specimen down as it wasn’t hard-fixed like the other one.nnHe lost no time in locating a tall ladder within the store, brought it, climbed up on it and brought the specimen down and gave it to me to my utter joy! And the specimen fitted just right within the suitcase. So glad I was, because I could order the product with no worry and carry with me to the cruise for the momentous occasion!nnI couldn’t thank enough the employee who totally made me to change my opinionated fact that the big box store employees are not that friendly and helpful. This one for sure was exactly the opposite of what I had in my mind all along!nnHis name is Dwayne M. A wonderful employee and more than that an awesome human being! Then I told myself that this world has so many good people and Dwayne M is one exceptional one among them, simply standing out and going that extra mile when it comes to helping the customers! I wish him very well for his personal life and pray for his career progression and all the success!

The photo lab and post office staff at this location are rad! Always super friendly and warm, you can tell that they care about customer service and I’m happy to keep getting my packages and photos here.nnUnfortunately I can’t say the same for the rest of the store staff. They’re very indifferent and unhelpful, not even minimal efforts made to be supportive to customers. Bummer :

One of the clean and good store in Surrey Central. You can get variety of sweets and other household items are there.nPharmacy and canada post in the store gives you more convenience.nAlso there is toys section available for the kids.

I got post surgery medicine got from Surrey London Drugs pharmacy. Today morning I had some questions about medicines. I called the pharmacy 2-3 times and every time they put me on hold indefinitely. I called one more time and explained I am put on hold every time the lady got so rude that they are busy and wasn't even listening what I was saying. I requested why don't you say me so instead of putting me on hold I will call later. Finally she ordered me to call after 11 am.
