I recently visited this Pharmasave location and was extremely disappointed by the behaviour of the staff towards my children. My daughters 13 and 11 were looking at nail polish and opened a bottle to look at the colour, the employee’s reaction was completely over the top. Rather than simply using this situation as a teaching moment, the employee responded in a harsh and reactive tone, making my children feel uncomfortable, unwelcome, and extremely upset.nnThis kind of behaviour is not just rude; it’s completely uncalled for. It’s one thing to have a bad day, but taking it out on children is unacceptable. Pharmasave is a community-focused store, and it should be a safe and welcoming place for families. Unfortunately, this experience left a very bad impression.nnI strongly urge management to address this issue and ensure that all employees receive proper training in customer service, particularly in how to interact with children in a respectful and kind manner. This was a very disappointing experience, and I hope it is not repeated.

Quirky local pharmacy with a wonderful team working the health department.nnHowever, the customer service personnel working the main cash were impolite, and the store lacked order.nnOverall an average experience. They are well stocked across departments, including cosmetics, snacks, and even footwear.nnCentrally located in Invermere and right across from a wine store, and the Sobey’s.

Well organized and small pharmacy, had exactly what I needed and the staff were super friendly and assisted me in finding my products.
