Service horrible!

I am very disappointed with my experience at the Pharmaprix pharmacy.nnOn several occasions I was noticed by staff, but no one bothered to respond or help me.nnThis created a very uncomfortable atmosphere, especially when an employee looked at me as if I was going to steal something.nnAdditionally, there seems to be a lack of awareness of diversity, as the supply of hair and makeup products for people of color is seriously lacking.nnFor a pharmacy of this size, I would have hoped for better representation and more inclusive service.nnN.B. Our products seem more expensive than the price of regular products, I also mention that several brands including L'Oréal are creators of ethno-cultural hair products and that nothing is available at this pharmacy. There are perms that no one uses anymore but no relaxers or texturizers revlon products too.nnReally, if you think you will find the products that are advertised online, be realistic and stop elsewhere.nnIt's a real shame, because I expected a lot more from this brand.

I understand that there is a shortage of staff and that self-service machines have replaced humans. However, I would still appreciate it if the employee at the checkout had a smile on her face and responded to my greetings. No smile from her and when I said hi to her when arriving and thank you when leaving, she did not return my greetings. A little interpersonal skills never hurt anyone. I went to the pharmacy on Sunday, July 14 at 12:40 p.m. Please train your employees in respect.

Bad service on weekends...I have to withdraw money to pay the cashier...as a human being I like interacting with people....I give 3 stars for weekday service and zero for young people not happy on weekends.
