A terrible experience, if only it were a one-off.nnThey claim the insurance was refused, and when you call the insurance company, they say no claim was ever filed, or they haven't updated the insurance information on your file, or there was a mistake in your name, etc. They apologize and say there won't be any problems next time, but every time there's a mistake, and something that should take 5 minutes ends up taking almost an hour.nnThe only reason I still go there is because it's conveniently located, but there are limits to how much patience I can bear. Mistakes happen to everyone, but mistakes this frequently, in my book, are just plain incompetence.
