Action took place March 29, 2018. Reason of the comment : very strong unexpectation of basic standards. Time : It took More than 30 min to get served (I was alone at the pharmacy's front desk and there was no change in the situation for the whole "event".) Transaction time was around 45 min for 1 box of pils. Note that a prescription transfer was needed (I wrote that to be fairplay with the staff in charge) Privacy: front desk’s was fine. 2nd person I had to “deal with” showed a lack of respect: sensitive tablets were exposed to people sight (not in a bag at all) and a loud speech was taken. This 2 nd person, a blond girl, decided to suggest a bag after the credit card payment was made. That was a very “professional” behaviour (There is not much expected from a pharmacian…). In short, it was the most uncomfy situation of my whole life in a pharmacy because there was no respect toward time and privacy. I then recommend any other pharmacy than Pharmaprix.

The reason for 1 star is that I am constantly harassed for charity donations at the cash register (as all other customers I believe). I am at the point not to go to Pharmaprix any more and look elsewhere. I live in the area and go to this store sometimes every day and every time I harassed by the cash register employee to donate. For that reason alone I will NEVER give a cent, not when I am pressured. This practice should be illegal.

Been getting my prescriptions filled there for years. Never any problems. Friendly bilingual staff, knowledgeable pharmacists and always get a hello as you enter the store from the staff at the beautician counter, which I quite like. The Jean Coutu across the street where my wife goes could learn a thing or two from this store.
