Good selection, okay prices, good service except for one creepy guy bald guy that always tries to spy on me when I'm shopping. Asked him one time why he is always following me and he just gave me a blank stare. What a weirdo. I've been going here a long time, don't know why he is doing that. Will take my business elsewhere if this continues. People at the checkout are always friendly.
Repeatedly awful service. Got blamed for not telling my doctor to cancel prescription when the fax failed on their end several times. They are often rude and act like they do not have much time for you. I went to Uniprix next door and received friendly courteous and timely service. This pharmaprix is notorious for taking extremely long time to fill prescriptions. I often have to call them to check hours after prescriptions has been sent. It is unpleasant to deal with them and I will no longer seek their services. The management needs to address their customer service issues.
Nice store in Aylmer. I had a great experience with Thanh, the cosmetic technician. Her expertise and deep knowledge of skincare were immediately apparent. She took the time to understand my girlfriend's skin type and concern and guided me in selecting the prefect face cream for her.Thanh's recommendations were spot-on and her explained the benefits of each option clearly. Her personalized approach and attention to detail made the process smooth and enjoyable. I really appreciate her help and feel confident that face cream I purchased will be just right.
Well usually I like to put nice reviews.nOr fair reviews.nYesterday I bought Halloween costumes.n caps 3 of them . I asked the manager on duty if i can return it.nnHe says well 3 days since we want to make sure we sell Halloween stuff before Halloween.nnHe took the time to add a note on the receipt. For me to return it , if I return it in the 3days.nnSo today I am I change my mind and I am returning the 3 caps. And a other young man I gay on duty today come and ask me is it open? I tell him they are not really close the plastic bags have 2 clips so they are like open already when I bought it. Actually I remember talking about it yesterday when I bought it. So the man young man on duty tells me… «  no we cannot accept it because it is open . » for sanitary purpose. this turn me upset right there because I did not open them. At the end I had to tell him to not even start this non sens. The receipt says I have 30days to return new item. They decide I have 3 days what I can understand because of the type of product the you man after I argue . « Passe une estie de bonne journée «  I dont understand how they can be so non professional. What also was frustrating today is .I did not open it. And They also gave attitude to ppl I know when they returned stuff . It was the first time I experienced today with them . I won’t recommend this store . I won’t go there again. Only if I have no choice. The name of the young guy is Marick.
I've had too many issues with this place. Most recently they inexplicably downgraded my medication and when I pointed it out, they had no records of the medication they have been giving me for a year. They also got the quantity wrong and when I pointed it out they just gave me twice as much on the spot, but seem to be under the impression that they gave me two refills at once. This Pharmacy also charges a higher dispensing fee based on the number of pills in the bottle. That is not right. I don't trust them anymore and I'm going to switch pharmacies. I think these people may Ineed to get a little visit from a pharmacy regulatory authority because they are operating dangerously. They're also pretty rude as an added bonus.
