Every time i call to get a prescription filled , the wait is crazy . I am currently on the line waiting and it has been 32 minutes and i keep being put on hold . They want 24 hours before i pick up my meds kost times regardless of situation . So i am now trying to fill them a day in advance with no avail .nnAfter i fill this last prescription , I will be changing pharmacies . I truly miss the old owners who seemed to have a knack for getting employees who cared and were polite .
This is a big NO NO!nnI went to get an advice quickly since it is closer to home. I should have went to Jamoul Ghassan my normal Pharmacy. For the distance, it would have been so much better.nnYou need to open a file to get advice from this pharmacy. Once you give your name they forget about you and need to remind them that you are still waiting after 20 minutes.nnOnce we saw the pharmacist. I had to ask again after another 20 minutes for how much longer since the cashier person forgot to check the prescriptions that were ready for us.nnI will go else where never again. It was a repeat of the same from times before. I had to try it out again. Total fail.
Awful service since the change in ownership. The wait times are ridiculous. I usually order online in the morning and pick up late in the afternoon and make sure to make my schedule accordingly, but even though wait time says 2 hours, 6 hours later and it wasn't complete. I waited 45 mins to get my prescription. One of them got lost a few months back. When I asked to speak to the pharmacist this week for my daughter's infection, it took half an hour to talk to her, and when I did she was rude and seemed annoyed. We've been there for years, but we're switching pharmacies. Very, very disapointed.
The pharmaceutical staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.
This is the slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. Each and every single time I come in to pick up a prescription there is a line up of at least 10 people. There is one person serving customers and 5 people wandering around aimlessly behind her. And, each and every single time I call to fill a prescription, I get immediately put on hold for a minimum of 5 mins. They really need to get it together. I’ll be switching to another pharmacy.
