COSTCO prices are known to be better than other pharmacies. As a Type I diabetic, I was a dedicated client of PHARMACIE COSTCO GRÉGOIRE ARAKELIAN, for over 8 years. Despite bad customer service at the Marché-Centrale location, I was VERY pleased with the services at the location in Anjou. They treated me like a VIP. However, what I can only explain as «human error», I went through a chain of errors that caused me to return to this Costco, 7 times in 1 month. Due to these events, I also had to deal with a customer, smashing into my car, while my car was parked in the lot. Despite leaving a note, the telephone number was a fake. As a means to make this all «better» I requested a gift card as compensation. Unfortunately, GRÉGOIRE ARAKELIAN, refused. A client who spends over $2,500 per year on meds, was not deemed worth keeping. I have abandoned this pharmacy, for 1 year now, and I am still quite upset about this. The service was phenomenal (despite the errors)!!!! It's sad that a pharmacist cannot recognize when a client deserves some sort of compensation, following errors, to keep that client. Especially when it can be deducted as a business expense...... At least now, I am dealing with a pharmacy which is close to my home. Although prices are higher, I am saving on gas and time. I still, however, wish that GRÉGOIRE ARAKELIAN would have made an effort...... On that note, they don't charge for the needles containers, nor the income tax annual receipts. I still, despite no longer dealing with them, highly suggest you deal with PHARMACIE COSTCO GRÉGOIRE ARAKELIAN.
