Familiprix Extra - M.Sami, D. Abdeltawab Et A. Mohamed

Usually I have a good experience at this pharmacy. However today, I wasn’t too happy. I wanted to get pedialyt for my 8 month old daughter. On the side of the bottle it said to speak to a physician before giving it to a baby under one years of age & so I pulled out my phone from my bag to google what is safe to give her. I was also comparing prices to the bottle beside it which was safe for a child under a year but higher in price.I was taking a while & it was made obvious I was being watched maybe for that reason. It did feel degrading & I don’t think clients should ever have to feel like they need to explain themselves.

They provide the best service you can imagine . Everyone is helpful and go the distance to make sure you’re satisfied . Each and every staff member is courteous and caring. Thank you for all that you do .

Very friendly staff. They didn't have what I needed, but they were special Prescriptions. Took them 2 days to get and they called me right away. Small business, but professional.

OK I need to speak up as this pharmacy has big issues and people need to know before they waste their time going there. Where to start? First off, they obviously have supply issues, most of their selves are empty, and I have yet to have ever found the items I went there to purchase. Just today, I went there for one item which is advertised as on sale guess what, they don't have it in stock, and another item which is not on sale guess what, they don't have that either. I'm going to go again and take pictures of the iles to show you all how bad this place is... I do not understand how they stay in business. I guess it has to be the prescriptions keeping them alive. This was my 6th time going there, and each time I go, i never find what i'm looking for, and I tell myself, I need to share this with others! 3 Months ago my wife phones asking if they had breast pump machines for rental. The lady on the phone said yes they had some available to rent. So I ran to the place to go get it. Upon arriving I asked the lady in the prescription drugs section for help. She told me they they didn't have any. Obviously the big smile on my face disapeared and I explained to her that we had phone 15 minutes ago and someone on the phone told us they had the machine... After a few moment of me letting her know my disastifaction, she found the machine. Then she had a smug look on her face to kind of make me feel bad for making a fuss. Only to then realise that they don't have the pieces nipple suckers, tubing, etc.. for the machine so she wasn't able to rent it out to me. Please, please please, don't waste your precious time going to this place... I'm going to go back one more time, just to take pictures so I can post them here, but I don't understand how this place stays in business, i guess this is why it's always empty... Familiprix, get your act together please! P.S. I really was happy when this placed opened since it was so close to my house, but boy... what a disapointment.

am a very new customer at this AMAZING pharmacy. I transferred my file from my usual pharmacy, "YXZ" and I am THRILLED with the care, concern, and fantastic service I am enjoying now. Ahmed and his team of "Top Notch" pharmacists and technicians have taken such good care of me since day ONE. I wish I could give them a rating of 100 stars! I have a few health issues and I need guidance and I'm getting such EXCELLENT care and follow-ups. Pharmacists Ahmed, Sara, Marian, and Mohamed, and technicians, Stephanie, and Sophie I haven't met others yet have gone above and beyond my expectations and I feel so blessed! Thank you so much Team Familiprix Dalia Abdeltawab and Ahmed Mohamed! You are the BEST!!! If anyone reading this review needs help with their health, prescriptions, concerns...run as fast as you can to this pharmacy--you will be treated like never before!

One of the best pharmacies if not thee best in Vaudreuil-Dorion. Friendly staff, there is always someone to help. Store very clean. I've always been telling my friends about their exceptional service. They're willing to go the extra step to help. I would really like to compliment and thank Mr. Ahmed Mohammed very much after visiting his Familiprix Extra Vaudreuil Dorion for the first time yesterday! I went for the flu shot and was immediately impressed with not only his warm & friendly personality but also everyone working there was also smiling, helpful and very nice! I plan to become a regular customer and highly recommend this convenient, cute & very clean pharmacy that he & his wife Dalia run so well, besides the very professional and gentle way Mr. Mohammed treated me with a flu shot that didn’t hurt even a bit!! Thank you again!!

I used to like this place a lot.. The main reason I go there is because of the location.. That being said, the last few working staff on the pharmacy side that I recently talked to were disappointing.. The attitude was less warm/less patient to say the least.. I will be switching back to Jean Coutu. Update: Owner called me the next day to find out what happened and promised to fix the issue, which was well appreciated.

My first preference when it comes to get my prescription prepared and always offered it with an advice and a smile.. Clean and hygienic place.. Variety of branded cosmetics are available with a good discount from time to time.. Thank you Mr. Ahmed & Mdm. Dalia for being super friendly to everyone.. Hats off
