-I had to go back to the service counter twice on two different occasions, first time period was because they served me overcooked dried out chicken; they replaced the chicken pieces with freshly cooked ones. -Second time period around the chicken pieces where so small that i went to the service counter to fix my order.. -The third time I gave it one more chance, and was glad that my order came out fresh, hot, crispy, and cooked on point! It just depends on the hours one goes to visit this restaurant chain. 😉 a little before or after mealtime hours 😉 Dinning room and washrooms need proper cleaning daily, it's clean but not to my expectations 😐😐😐

The pieces are getting smaller, great for the waistline. Had to wait 20 minutes for the chicken to get fried up because they ran out.

Horrible experience! Very bad service and the employees don’t seem to care. If they forgot to add something in your order, don’t try to come back to the counter with your receipt, they might throw it at your face

I'll rather get my fried chicken from IGA or Poulet Bronzé. PFK Chicken has no flavor, very bland. They could use some seasoning tips from Popeye's Chicken franchise.

The worse chicken ever The place was so dirty The food cold and dry Even the chicken was so small I will never come back to this location
