Would not recommend trying to do delivery. Food arrives cold regularly and often forget orders placed. Placed an order, two hours later no delivery. Called to find out what was wrong. They didn’t even realize an order was placed and their method of “fixing” the issue, was to offer the same thing 15% off. Good luck going here.

Like many other disatisfied customers, my drive-thru order was incomplete. When I got home to Montreal and discovered that half my order was missing, I called the restaurant to explain the situation with the bill in hand. I explained that it was impossible for me to come back before closing time. They insisted that they can only offer me a 20% discount on a future order. I explained that I held up my end of the transaction of paying the full amount asked and I expected the order to be complete. The shift-lead explained that it is their policy to offer me a discount and not to rectify the situation. He explained that I needed to prove that I am not misleading the restaurant and there are too many fraudsters. I told him that that was the price of doing business and that it was their mistake to correct. I do not accept this compensation and I will be filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Office de la protection des consommateurs. I will never order from this restaurant nor any other franchises owned by the same owner again. All this over a 7$ dispute.

Waited for the delivery for 3.5hours and in the end my order was forgotten. I called them so many times (over 10 times) but no one picked up the phone. It just happened so I'll call them back tmr to see what they will do.

I made the mistake of going to order some chicken there again after almost a year. Really sorry I did, the food was cold, the staff works too slow and the owner of the franchise seriously should think of renovating the place it needs it. Not to mention putting on more staff during busy hours of supper or lunch time....it is ridiculous, there were 12 of us in line waiting well over 15 - 20 minutes. Service is lousy, go elsewhere.
