3 Amigos

From the moment we walked in, the vibes were amazing. The host was welcoming, and our server was extremely friendly and attentive. The décor felt cute and traditional, adding to the experience.nnWe ordered the fajitas, and they were worth every penny perfectly cooked chicken, fresh veggies, and great flavour. Our drinks, the piña colada and margarita, were also delicious.nnThe best part? They even gifted us glasses such a nice gesture.nDefinitely a must-visit!

We had such a great experience! Our waitress, Florence, was absolutely wonderful—her warm smile and attentive service made the evening even more enjoyable. The chimichanga and steak were both cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The cocktails were just as impressive—the Sex on Tulum and the daiquiri were delicious and refreshing. Definitely a place worth coming back to!

I recently visited this restaurant and overall had a good experience, but with a few drawbacks. The food was delicious — fresh, flavorful, and nicely presented. The service was also commendable; the staff was attentive, polite, and made sure everything was up to the mark throughout our meal.nnHowever, one major downside was the noise level. The place was way too loud, making it difficult to have a proper conversation. If you’re looking for a quiet or relaxing dining experience, this might not be the best spot. But if you’re okay with a lively and bustling atmosphere, the food and service definitely make it worth a visit.

The place is definitely not organized well. Short of waiter especially at the entrance and no sign for the line.nnThere used to be 2 lines, one with reservation and the other without. But today they just have one. So I just step out to ask the waiter if they will take us as we are right on time for our reservation. I left my husband in the line and step out to ask what is the process. The waitress was glad to take us immediately and confirmed that it’s the right thing to do to step forward with a reservation.nnBut some other people in the line were so mad as they also have reservations. But they are NOT supposed to be in that line! They should HAVE stepped out calling out that they have reservations instead of waiting stupidity there. Besides, they were very rude to me and my young kids. I let them go first eventually as I didn’t mean to cut in. But it’s never my responsibility to ask each of them: do you have reservations? . They way they looked us made me extremely uncomfortable.nnThere should be a sign at the door and separate people in two lines: with and without reservations to speed up the process. Or what’s the meaning of the reservations? ??nnIt was really WORST experience to argue back, defense myself and had the unpleasant conversation with those clients. I’m not the one creating that confusion but the restaurant is.nnHad no appetite to eat and will probably never go if there’s no improvement.nnBTW, the music is a bit too loud but food was ok. Waitress was understanding.
