The interior is nice with a new look but its kind of slow most of the time and be careful with giving coupons cuz sometimes they don't add it properly but other then that the staff is nice and food was fresh

This place is horrible and so unorganized! I tried to order a 3 piece meal and chicken sandwich last night with a female staff member. Order was placed in register to pay. She left counter and then 5 minutes later, I was told by a male staff member that there was no chicken ready, that I would have to wait 20 minutes for more chicken! What?!! Why don't they let the customer know ahead of time that they don't have enough chicken ready? Why isn't the chicken prepared before it gets low? Is the staff sleeping in the back? At 6:30 pm, no customer wants to hear there is no chicken at a chicken establishment that's supposed to sell chicken!! I left to go find something else. Won't be back there again!

WORST KFC EVER , the Manager and Staff do not care and the food is terrible each and everytime. Do yourselves a favour and go to St Charles if you can, to eat KFC. They may have renovated the restaurant but the Staff Manager Ori is terrible just do not five a hoot, very unfriendly as though you’re doing them a favour. I find the service so bad and thats when theres hardly a client in the store, the weekend staff are atrocious and impolite - KFC please at least hire people that care more that the current staff, honestly surprised how this owner can stay open but I went last week and I will never again give them a penny of my hard earned money. STAY AWAY from KFC Sources - honestly food and service are the absolute worst Ive ever experienced anywhere .. anytime.

Service and food has gotten better since the renovation, for the past few weeks I didn't have to wait 20 minutes for 2 chickens and the staff seem friendly enough , so much so I ho back for the Tuesday specials every week !Food: 4/5

I ordered some food and with it came a poutine, it was absolutely disgusting. The gravy didn’t look good or appetizing and it tasted even worse. Barely any taste and a very bitter after taste.

They mixed the chicken with super tiny portions. I ordered 10pcs and for me it was only 6pcs due to small portions. They have to do something about this. Stree food chicken portion is better than their serving.

Kentucky chicken with a different taste, Sauce passable, fries a bit oily, at least good refills. What happened to the col sanders secret chicken recipe, still confused why the name is being used, Wake up people. Thanks Food: 2/5

It wouldn’t kill them to filter their oil

The friendliness of the service here can't be beat. It is always a pleasure to visit this location, and it doesn't hurt that the food is good too! In rate instances where there is an issue with my order, it is always resolved quickly and amicably with little effort and a real desire to help.

What a disappointment. Ordered the ultimate box meal and couldn't believe how scrappy it looked. The order was not complete. They forgot an item which I caught at the counter. But when I got home I discovered they hadn't even put in all the pieces of chicken that were supposed to come with it. I drove back and had them give it to me. The food was horribly prepared dried out chicken with a spot of mayonnaise and 2 tiny pickles on a dry bun. Wish I had my phone with me to take pictures. Completely different experience from others KFCs in Canada. Will never be ordering here again. Wish I had saved my $18 and just cooked chicken myself at home.
