Not a huge fan of DQ cuz I don't like the smell inside don't know what that smell is BUT it's there plus taste isn't that great compared to CHOCOLATS FAVORIS or BASKIN ROBBINS. Other than that I have no complaints about staff or anything cuz staff is super cool and welcoming .
The client experience this Dairy Queen staff provide should be the standard for all businesses in client services. An employee by the name of Matthew served my family as if he was the invested owner leaving an incredible lasting impression for our first experience creating a lifetime client. Additionally, the other staff members are also very impressionable. Kudos to Matthew and all the staff and the investors at this location. Exemplary service!
We buy our son's birthday cake here every year and it always works out so well. Online order, ready on time, and even if there was a mistake in the age this year, they quickly fixed it with no fuss. Cake was delicious as to be expected :
I had my nieces and nephews birthday saved last minute by the outstanding service of Sophie! She went above and beyond helping me customize two cakes last minute for their birthday texting me picture of how the cakes would look to help choose the right one! This Dairy Queen is alright. It’s nice that’s it’s in a busy area. The drive thru can be weird at times because you have to go to the entire building. It’s a decent store and it’s alright and they have the ice creams and regular Dairy Queen flavours. We got an ice cream cake here last time and it was good. I would recommend.
Parking very small. Store is clean. Nice staff but the item presentation is not that great. But its yummy. Sure we go back
The young women who serve are very friendly and helpful. The ice creams are very good and the triple chocolate brownie is delicious.

The Dairy Queen on St-charles in Pierrefonds is one of the nicest and friendliest we've been too. They make the best ice cream cakes and my kids love going there. The service is great as well!!
I ordered a cake - and it was poorly done- crooked , icing smash along the side of the container. I am so disappointed. This is not what I expected from DQ.
