The Bistro

The staff was awesome. The food on the other hand was mediocre at best. I had the butter chicken pizza, which was very bland. It smelled great but the taste just wasn't there. The crust on the other hand was very nice. I also had the blue burger, which I know, blue cheese can be a bit much for some people, but personally I usually like it. The burger unfortunately ended up with a giant glob in the middle which ended up overpowering everything else and for me made it inedible. My wife had the calamari and steak sandwich. The calamari was cooked nicely but again was lacking flavour. The steak sandwich in her opinion was "ok, nothing phenomenal". If I could rate this place just on staff alone I'd give it a 5 but unfortunately the food just wasn't on point for us.

I called in today to make an order for 18 pizzas; when I went to pick them up, I was greeted with attitude by one lady, and the younger lady was fine that took my payment. I was then told by one of the ladies in the kitchen that I needed to give them a day's notice for big orders like this cause I had taken all their pizza dough. They had to make more you are welcome, lol. My bad for spending 400 dollars at your establishment could have told me on the phone you couldn't do my order instead of saying we could do it. I asked them on the phone to please make sure they marked the boxes for some of the pizzas were special orders; that didn't happen; I brushed it off and took the pizzas, and went to work. When I was handing them out to the people and groups that bought there's, I noticed they didn't make the right ones, so people didn't get what they ORDERED; some of the groups pointed out that their pizza wasn't even cooked fully too!!! Insane if you are not able to accommodate a big order of pizza and get it right and cooked; say so. There is more; after six pizzas, they charge one price for all sizes would have been something I feel like they could have mentioned over the phone to me as I would not of order the Small and Medium pizzas and made everything large not a huge deal just something they should be letting people know with big orders!! Overall between the quality of the service and the attitude and getting wrong/uncooked pizzas, I have to give this place one star. I will not make the mistake of spending any more money here, and I hope you don't waste it either!!

Slowest service ever worst than terrace cab company. 1 hour 45 minutes for a single donair and Fraser salad I think that’s horrible time management went you can go to pita pit and have it done within five minutes wow delivery but it’s not the driver it’s the coompany just don’t know what they are doing

Over two hours for a pizza order...so I called back and cancelled...seriously I'm 3 minutes away...I get that it's busy but you need to understand that some of us sleep early because we are up early...two hours just doesn't cut it...you told me just over an hour and maybe an hour and a half and I did agree...Staff are very nice...pleasant...but time management is lacking...or staff? The food before has been good so there's the three stars

It was good. I had a taco pizza and a local beer. The crust on the pizza was super thick, but tasty. On Taco Tuesday make sure you clarify the special before ordering, I did not get what I thought I ordered.

I ordered at 5:44 it's now 7:25 and no one has showed up to bring me my pizza. They said an hr wait. So I call them and can't even get through goes right to the answeing machine. Worst customer service.

It was a nice experience dining at this place with friendly staff and awesome food service. The humberger taste awesome! Parking: Easy parking location. Wheelchair accessibility: They have easy acces for our brother and sisters in wheelchair.

This is hands down one of the best places for pizza I've had in my life. The crust is great and the toppings just as good! The butter chicken and the perogi are my current faves but I'll try others in the future. Even 2 smalls are packed enough to feed 4 people. The quality is definitely worth the wait.

Worst service ever. Two waitresses came to our table, one to take our drinks order, second one our meal. None of them greated us, no smile. Just rudeness. Than our meal came, and it was not even what we asked for. Pizza was horrible. Wings ok. Than, we waited 30 minutes to get the check. Had to do fetch the waitress outside. Won't go back. Will go to a place customers are well treated and our money valued.

Great place and very accommodating. We order pizza from here every Monday. They even take our order before the place opens. Friendly staff and good quality pizza. Definitely recommend.
