Was extremely disappointed in the size of our dq treat bought 2 mudslides definitely way smaller than normal and were $17 for the two ...sad when a business responds and its A.I. response not even the owners

Dairy Queen, Kitimat BCn1st time here. Am working in the area. Thankfully they have burgers, fries, onion rings etc etc, and their usual ice cream fare.nNice people, good service. Lots of parking.

ordered 6 piece chicken strips + bbq sauce dip but they ending up dipping all 6 chicken strips with bbq sauce - staff needs to learn and clarify what customer prefers - big language barrier

I am very disappointed to hear a story on aptn reporting the hostile treatment of a customer based on their Indigenous culture. This would not be tolerated with many other cultures within Canada. Have you done anything meaningful to remedy this treatment of your customers?
