Extremely expensive, the workers here don't know much about the products. You can get the same products from Walmart for half the price.

Dropped my dog off for grooming. Picked him up and he was still a bit damp and his nails we're not clipped. Apparently their policy is "if your dog gets angry or doesn't like something, we don't do it." So I paid $50+ bucks for a bath and haircut because my dog doesn't like his nails clipped. Blah

This is a mini store but still the BEST store in Oswego for pets. What they don't have in-store they can order for you. The service here is top-notch. They go above and beyond for me & my furkids. The groomer is amazing too. She's the only one I trust with my babies.

Bought an African dwarf frog, but the employee helping me did not seem confident in what I should feed the frog. He said there was frog food but he handed me crustacean food.
