The staff at PetSmart are so friendly and so knowledgeable. They truly do care about your pets, their health and well-being. I went in there recently because I had some questions about some dog treats and toys I wanted to buy for a friend but don't own a dog, they help me pick out some good treats and toys for the dog and puppy is very happy. And don't forget every year around Christmas PetSmart does the charity Bears I buy 10 every year to help support the OSPCA, is a great program and I think everybody should help!

We visited tonight at 8:30pm. We went to the cash counter to ask for water test since we couldn’t find anyone in the store other than the girl standing by the counter. She called someone and a young lady showed up in 2 minutes. She is very knowledgeable and very patient to answer all my questions. She asked the right questions and gave good advise. I was a bit nervous since the store was about to close in 10 minutes, but she had the big smile since started helping us and I didn’t feel that we were in a rush. It’s a pleasant experience. We are planing to visit again in couple days when the new shipment of fish arrives.

Good people that do an amazing job on your pet. I wish they would allow you to peek at how they give your pet a bath and dry!

They are great for pet supplies, but their fish selection could be better. They barely ever have any fish! I only go here to purchase supplies, such as filter media for my fish tank, or rabbit food for my sister's rabbit, etc. I would rather purchase fish from Big Al's - more selection. The cashiers seem nice, some people who work in the fish department are rude and frustrated with their job. I once asked the lady if she can get me the biggest catfish there. She seemed really frustrated and didn't care. Then when I asked if I could get a panda cory, she gave me the smallest one! It seems like the cashiers are the only ones that are nice, all the others seem rude. That's why I don't ask questions there, because they could care less.
