Paws in The Bath Dog Grooming

I have been bringing my two Bichons to Paws in the Bath for years and years now and have nothing but great things to say about them. Most especially, their willingness to adapt and accommodate our changing needs in the last year has blown me away. One of my Bichons now has seizures periodically and we work together to try and make it as calm and enjoyable experience for him, while getting the job done AND making him look so adorable. The professionalism, the experience of the groomers and their kindness is just outstanding. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!!

Had a miscommunication with the grooming staff resulting in a less than desirable hair cut on my English Springer spaniel. I spoke to the owner Lucy and she was incredibly accommodating in taking full responsibility for the actions of her employees and issued a full refund. Overall I’m disappointed with the grooming but incredibly impressed by the professional leadership qualities of the owner.

Sadly 1st and possibly last time I’ll be coming to Paws in the Bath. I wish I had found Paws in the bath before I had to move I would have used this company to groom my Dog permanently. They did an awesome grooming Job on my Australian Shepard. I will highly recommend this grooming business.

My dog Kush is comfortable coming here and everyone treats him well. Prices are good and the rewards card saves you money.

I do not recommend at all. Worst customer service ever. While booking, we hey said they are charging $70 then charged $107 when I went to pick my pet claiming that there was a no show FIVE MONTHS AGO!!!!, which is not true and had never been communicated with us before, not even when we made this booking. Michelle, the cashier didn’t have the right to hide my dog until I pay the extra amount. She was also was very disrespectful and super inconsiderate. She said if I wanted my dog, I had to pay then do whatever I want. I asked to contact the management, she refused.

They're very fast. Reasonably priced albeit more than I'd like. Lol I was not happy that the Nail trim didn't include fur trim on my Bernese Mountain Dog. I didn't notice until home.

The staff was great with buddha shes just a puppy and has had not great experiences at another groomers : your staff was so patient and sweet with her thank you so much

This place was recommended to me by a neighbour. Took my pup there for nursing week because they offered discount for nurses. Paid for full groom service with dental cleaning and tear stain facial. Everyone finished in about 45 minutes....when I picked up the pup, tear stains were still there, unsure if dental cleaning was done. I think she had a bath because she smelled like berries. However 1.5 weeks later shes starting to smell. Usually when I bathe her at home she stays pretty fresh for about 3 to 4 weeks. shes not a super active pup. Starting to think didnt get all services that I paid for.....wont be returning.

Daniella is amazing with our Bossco. He cry’s when he leaves there as he misses his “girlfriend” lol. Well done folks! Great atmosphere.
