NO WIFI. Very nice and clean pet smart. Lots of stock and parking. Went to grab rabbit food and look at the pets. They have a grooming area and looks like cat adoption area. Fish, reptiles, birds. Staff is friendly and quick at cash. Sign up for points.
Overall, it's a decent store, but one employee recommended some pet products that aren't very good and could be harmful. Other than that, everything was fine!
Pretty clean & organized location. It’s really spacious as well with great selection of inventory. It’s located in a plaza with a decent amount of food spots so it’s pretty convenient.nnOne of their staff members, Dave, is super friendly & helpful. They have fish and other small animals as well as cats for adoption at the shop. Checkout can be slow if it get busy since there’s usually just 1 cash open.nnThey also offer grooming, pet training services, etc. parking is also pretty easy as there’s a huge parking lot.
Staff are approachable and knowledgeable making your every visit seamless and satisfactory! Kudos to all PetSmart employee for upholding excellent customer service and customer experience memorable!
my go-to pet mart has very friendly and engaging customer service. The prices are high, but they offer quality items, a wide array of choices, and assorted pet materials.
