Words can't express how much I enjoy shopping at this location, the staff are both friendly and extremely knowledgeable, one member in particular Chantelle has elevated my overall experience to a level I had not known before, providing both excellent pet care advice and just the most authentic and personable attitude towards her work, she is an asset to this amazing store and all the great work they continue to provide. I would recommend this location to all pet parents without a question of a doubt. Always well stocked, always friendly and willing to help in anyway just the optimal place to shop in every aspect. Thank you PetSmart Bolton for treating me and my pup so well. I always look forward to my next visit!

Very friendly and professional. My dog doesn't like having her paws touched and the young ladies who cut her nails went above and beyond to make sure my dog was made comfortable and not stressed. Best experience. Highly reccommend this store.

This place is not worthy of any stars. On several occasions they've called 20 mins b4 grooming appointment and cancelled the appointment and expected me to reschedule in 10 to 13 days. Not acceptable! The rare occasions where they did supposedly groomed my dog he came home smelling as if he wasn't groomed at all. The staff is RUDE WITH NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT APPRECIEATION AT ALL!!!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG THERE.... WILL BE THE WORST GROOMING EXPERIENCE YOU WILL GO THROUGH!

horrible service. my mom made an appoinment for her dog who is very friendly and has never had an issue. she took the day off to take her to dog to get groomed for petsmart to call her an hour before the appoinment to tell her that they cant cut the hair because in the file they have her as a dog who bite. when they could of told her when she was making the appoinment. they only put her aa a dog the bites because once my mom took her dog and my dog and my dog wouldnt let them touch her she was growling. my mom went to pick up my dog and i never took her their again but my moms dog did get her hair cut and she went 2 more time after that incident. now that she is due for a hair cut now they tell her no because she bites but not the previous time before. so uoset with their service i recomend petvalu.

It's smaller then other PetSmarts but it's got everything and the workers there are very helpful!
