Very honest owner. I had an issue with UPS delivery and lost all my scissors and blades that I left for sharpening. It was very disappointing, but Andrew agreed to replace all my lost equipment. I am very grateful for understanding and a very quick solution to the problem. Not to mention the sharpening service Deboer provides is the best in GTA. I have tried many other places and non of them could compete. I highly recommend this place for the purchase of any grooming supplies and for servicing your equipment.
For the sake of convenience, I indulged a mobile sharpener who was cold calling the salons in my area. Serves me right for cheating on Deboer - he stole the washers right out of my shears! Talk about annoying, having to adjust the tension every 5 minutes. I will never use any sharpener but Deboer so long as I live in Ontario. The shipping process might be a little irksome, but they always have my tools back in better condition than they were purchased in, safely packed and completed in a timely manner. I love you, Deboer. Thank you for helping me and all the other groomers across the GTA continue to help the dogs in our communities!
The VERY BEST place to order grooming supplies from. Great selection and it comes in SO quickly! They also have awesome customer service and are really helpful when it comes to questions about the products.
Always have an amazing experience dealing with this company. They have exceptional customer service and they provide quick responses. I have never had an issue dealing with them and I love how fast they are to get products shipped out. If for whatever reason a product is not available they reach out and offer alternate solutions. Have been ordering from them for a while now and will continue to do so because they are all around great to deal with, amazing products and decent pricing.

I have been using this company since the mid 90's. The quality of the work they do on sharpening and repair are beyond any work I've seen. He sharpens clipper blades and returns them like they're new. Absolutely a solid company to deal with for product and especially service..
