PetSmart

We take our dog there for grooming. I appreciate that they call to remind me that I haven't had Emma in awhile. I think they've gotten my business an extra time or two because of that, but I appreciate it so much. They offer super early time slots on Saturday. If you take one of those, you'll be able to hit a coffee shop or get some shopping done and pick your pooch up at noon. Emma is a challenging dog to trim, but every time she comes back looking great and seems super happy to shed all that hair. As far as the store, I haven't purchased much, but from what I can tell, I see a wide array of choices for your doggie.

We went to drop our dogs off to be groomed and let the gal know that our 15yr old dog had been given a mild, vet approved calming pill so she wouldn't be as stressed or cranky with the groomer. My dog was not sedated and could walk and stsnd on her own We were rudely informed that that was not acceptable and they would not groom our dogs. We were not informed if this rule when the appointment was made. We offered to sign a waiver not leaving pet smart liable if anything happened. They said they had no such paper. Our vet approved a mild natural calming agent for the comfort of our elderly dog and pet smart was rude about it and treated us like we were neglectful owners. Will never go back again!!! I took my dogs and left in tears!!!

Always find something for our Pets here.. We also enjoy looking at the Animals.

I love the variety of products they have, but they lost a star because Fleet Farm has lower prices on cat toys.

I'm always satisfied when I am leaving PetSmart rather I go for dog food (I always get Authority) or if I go there for grooming of my two dogs I'm never disappointed with the service I have received.
