Story

Longhorn is a family-owned Dubuqueland business that opened in 1968. We carry not only saddles and tack, but: men's, ladies', children's, and baby clothing; boots from baby sizes to men's size 14; jewelry, gifts, pictures, and purses. We also have kitchen goods, i.e.: dishes, silverware, spices for all different types of foods, and delicious salsa mix! On our front counter, we have men's and ladies' colognes, lip gloss, and chocolate candy bars! Yummy!

I am sad to say I will not shop here again! I bought a reinsman saddle pad a few weeks ago. I was told by the sales person who I believe was new but very friendly that I could try it on my horse and if it didn't work I could bring it back. I tried it one time and rode about an hour and it didn't work. It kept sliding out from under my saddle. I took it back 3 weeks later with proof of purchase and the OWNER would not exchange or give me my $ back because I did not have the tag attached to the pad and had used it!!!!!! How do you know if it works unless you try it? I am so upset and out 170.00! All I wanted to do was exchange it. I feel I was mis led and they need to train their new employees properly. The owner told me they don't sell used equipment..... this pad was used 1 hour and I do KNOW the sell used saddles! This was a very bad experience that has caused me not to shop there again.
Great selection and excellent customer service. They have a lot of different styles of shoes and boots for all styles. Fairly priced as well. I would say they are probably the best place to find boots in town. Check them out. You won't be disappointed.
More choices on hats and saddles & tack but nothing boot wise my friend can wear too big

Travis is super awesome to work with. Mentioned that I was looking for an item and he got it in for me within a couple of days and the price was great too. Will always recommend Longhorn to friends and family!
Great selection, pretty sure the tall skinny guy at the cash register is a robot who can't wait to leave, but otherwise great
This place was very cool, and i loved looking at all the unique items for sale, but the prices were way too high to buy anything, even higher than i expected!
Came in and got just what we were looking for. Friendly service. Great selection of cowboy boots, work boots, steel toe boots and more. Nice selection of clothing for all. Great quality jeans for the entire family. Even have the cutest little cowboy boots for children.
Workers were very helpful and patient plus large selection. 10/10
What a joke called ariat about my boots not fitting correctly they informed to go to my local ariat sales place which is longhorn and have them stretched so i did that. Went to pick them up and they charged me $21.40 because i didn't buy the boots from them directly and bought from ariat online. I used to buy all my boots from them but they no longer have that big of selection of ariat so i bought from ariat website and that's where I'll keep buying after this experience.
