Attentive knowledgeable and kind staff. Our puppy loved all the attention, we met a beautiful baby snake and a staff member helped us find the perfect light replacement for our aquarium.
The staff are friendly enough, but whenever I buy fish here the staff don't particularly seem knowledgeable. I was told that tiger barbs should be okay with Betta fish, and that you can mix african and south american cichlids in a small tank. I don't think this is a staff issue, I think PetSmart needs to update its training for Animal Care. Sometimes the other animals can look a bit rough too, like reptiles and birds.
The best part of PetSmart is the amazing and friendly staff. They have a great selection of pet supplies and can find practically anything for your pet under one roof. The knock I have is the prices can be crazy. A lot of the products that can be found at other stores are usually overpriced when compared. Overall I enjoy shopping at PetSmart because of the staff and pet friendly environment.
The last three times that I tried to book appointments for my dog I was told that they'd have to call me back to book him in. Never received any calls back from them. Tried again today but same thing. Last time I use these services and won't be buying anymore pet supplies from them. They obviously don't need me as a customer

I went to petsmart & bought a budgie bird nest that u can hang in da cage, because we found 2 eggs at the bottom of the cage. I also asked to talk to someone that knows about birds, cuz i had few questions to ask, and he had similar experiences of his birds so he helped me out big time. Hes was so nice & professional, plus the nest was cheap and great.
The staff are all friendly and spend the time to greet our dog as well as us. They also remember us and try to show us new products for our pet's needs. This is a great store to bring your pet and let them choose a toy and to get some extra love.
I went here the other day to get a harness for my miniature dachshund... and i wasn't sure what would be the best one so I looked for awhile then decided to ask someone for help ... i didn't get the man's name who helped me but I'm so glad I asked because he showed me exactly how it worked and what would be best for my puppy because shes long and some things don't fit her properly. He was awesome and im so thankful he helped me pick the right one! It works amazing and now were all happy
Helpful employees. Lots of variety. Bring your pets. They love friendly visitors!!
