I feel like this review is long overdue.nI have adopted several pets from this location and I really enjoy shopping at this specific PetSmart. I love the staff here and I feel like they are some of the more genuine employees in the PetSmart industry. It's always pleasant to come in and chat with them, and the nice thing is unlike other stores, they remember you! They always go above and beyond to meet your needs each time. I have very few complaints about this location, and my only complaint would be I feel the size of the store could be larger, to accommodate more products. They generally keep the store well stocked, and if what I'm looking for isn't on the shelf the staff don't hesitate to offer to look in the back. I feel this shows a lot of customer care, the managers are also fantastic. I refuse to take my business to other locations, because I feel the staff here definitely care more about my shopping needs over other locations. The animals appear to be in better health than other locations, and are somewhat socialized which helps a lot when bringing home a new friend! We will continue to take our business here.
The guy working in the fish area ignored me for 5 mins and then refused to sell me fish. I know what I can and can't have in my tank. We have had it for 20 years. It's large enough for what I wanted. But apparently, the tiny 5 gallon tank packed full of fish is a better option. We will be going elsewhere from now on. Too bad because we were going to upgrade our tank, which will cost quite a bit since decorations are NOT cheap.
July 1, 2023 Puppy training completed: I took Brody for puppy training and Kelly was fantastic. She made me and the puppy feel better about where we are and where we want to get. Definitely a much better puppy than when we started. I mean he never lost his cuteness, but now he's a little calmer and listens better and I know how to get his attention and keep it.nnI took Brody for his first grooming July 13, 2023. He had such a great experience and Hunter, the groomer, was wonderful with him and I loved her enthusiasm and care for my puppy.nnMarch 2023: I really liked Pet Smart. I needed a kennel and blanket for my brand new puppy. The staff were friendly and the store was clean and bright.
Nice people, always, but they don't know much about cat items. Any of them it seems.nnThey're well stocked and have always had my brands in.nnGood prices, slightly above petvalu though
I just wanted to say thank you to the staff that shaved Luna My cat. It was very well done, and I'm very happy about the result. I thought it was hilarious when you guys made him look like a lion as well! Amazing work!
