Broken pump and awful service:nThe pump was broken, overfilled and spilled gas all over my car and the ground. I went inside to tell the attendant but she said the pump wasn’t broken in the morning and so she couldn’t help me. I asked to speak to the manager so she called him on the phone and i’m not sure what was said, but she said the manager couldn’t talk to me because he was in a “meeting”. I then asked for the managers name or contact info for follow up and she said she couldn’t give it to me and that it wasn’t her fault that this happened. She then rudely turned her back on me, played on her phone, and refused to speak to me or help me. I believe her name is Rose asian lady. I expect a lot more from a company like Petro and 7-11 - please do better and train your employees on basic decency!
Completely incompetent staff during today’s stop at this gas station. I’ve tried repeatedly to use the Pay-At-The-Pump option, but employee was not authorizing despite no other customers at the time. I tend to went inside and friendly asked to use pump #1, but without any luck. Left without purchasing fuel. In decades of being a Petroleum Canada customer I never had such an experience.
Disgusting, dirty store and washroom. The washroom looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Bugs were crawling all over the sink and toilet. The toilet looked like it had never been cleaned and the garbage was overflowing onto the floor.
Horrible service.nThe workers there are lazy and very unfriendly.
Used the bathroom here. It was pretty gross. There was toilet paper all over the floor and sinks and the garbage was overflowing. Also the soap was in a spray bottle. The station its self is also grubby. Service is good though. Just the overall appearance and cleanliness is weak.
