frustrating half the time I drive all the way there to wash my car only to find that "its closed for cleaning" ... well, its obvious it wasn't open for use all day when it snowed and there has been no tire tracks.... If there was only a touch-less wash closer to my house I would never go there. So switching to Shell to make my life easier. by the way don't bother with their customer service line, also useless.
