Do not buy your baby gifts here! We were asked to jump through multiple hoops by the rude and unhelpful manager to exchange a baby gift we received late that no longer fits. The manager asked us to ask our friend for a credit card invoice so embarrassing proving the purchase even though all the tags on the item indicated it was purchased there. According to the manager this policy is in place for our protection? And even if that credit card invoice was found they wouldn’t let us exchange it for a larger size because it was past the 30 day return policy and the item was now discounted. 30 days?! Baby gifts are given late and new parents have hundred of other things to do that first month than return gifts. Do your new parent friends a favour and buy your presents somewhere with more customer focused policies!

I bought many items in this shop. Once, I came the next day to exchange an item and ask a refund for another one tag still attached, the lady laughed at me saying "no no, ahahah, you'll get a credit". Don't shop there.

Love this shop! Consignment and sale area in the basement is a hidden treasure. There was one time I went in prior to closing like the review below and was told they were closing, it was 5:55pm. I was just running in to look for a hat quickly and didn't realize they were closing soon, but turned and left as I felt like I was unwanted. This was an isolated incident and otherwise I have had great experiences.

Dreadfully rude service. I bought 2 adorable outfits for a little one in my life, but by the time I left my entire nervous system was on alert. I reached out to management for a discussion but they never returned my invitation. I shall never return.

My friend and I walked in at 10 minutes to 6. The purr petite employee told us, in a very rude way, that they were closing in 10 minutes. I realize businesses close at a certain time, but it's very unprofessional to say that to potential customers. I was seriously considering purchasing something, as I am 8 months pregnant, but after this experience, I will not go back.

I have been going there once or twice to buy stuff for my niece, and they have a lot of nice toys and beautiful clothing for children they also have a section downstairs with less expensive items, totally recommend it!

Purr has the cutest assortment of kids clothing, toys and accessories. Much of it is on the premium side and a bit pricey, but many items make for great baby shower gifts.
