My family and I have dealt with Peterborough RV for numerous years. We have found their service to be beyond exceptional. Kati in the service department is very helpful, friendly and will to do anything to ensure you are satisfied with their business. This is a small local family run business and I highly recommend them for all your trailer needs. I have had wonderful interactions with all staff at this business. I am always greeted in a friendly welcoming manner and they are eager to assist you. I would never go anywhere else! :)

We have had two opportunities this year to deal with Peterborough RV. Kati in the service department is very knowlegeable and extremely helpful. She has twice gone the extra mile to help us out. We find their prices very reasonable. They have a large selection of parts and RV supplies and, if they don't have what you want, they can get it very quickly. A great place to deal with.

Ive had an rv issue at the last moment that would hold up my vacation. Big rv chains were of no help. I called this lace up even thou there was some lady with a bad review. I had nothing but the opposite treatment. makes me wonder if she had other personal issues, They ordered my parts and had me up and going shortly after i arrived with my trailer the next day. I didnt mind paying more for parts than ordering online, they got me what i needed. as a family owned company i respect that and would have paid more. l Thank you so much for your professional service. I had no worries and enjoyed my vacation stress free thanks to you all. Ive told everyone about you.
