Bought a trailer 2 years ago, Brad was very helpful as our salesman. Last year I wanted some tweaking to the weight distribution hitch, which was done for free. Service staff are great. I had a which I thought was a serious question this week and Rich the service manager got back to me very quickly. We purchased an East to West Alta and have been very happy with it. All staff I have encountered are friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks GCRV
Our experience at Great Canadian RV has been exceptional ! They treated us like family every time we were there. Al and Stacey placed zero pressure and we never felt rushed or any buy now tactics. We have been campers prior to our Arctic Wolf purchase but never 5th wheel units. We had a small learning curve which the Great Canadian RV service team were very experienced and helpful walking us through everything hands on that we were rookies to such as hitching up the unit to our truck and all of the leveling system. When in the store they were very honest when asked things they suggest and that we really didn't need. There is no doubt we will be back - Without hesitation recommend purchasing from Great Canadian RV.
We stopped for a break on highway 7 eastbound just outside of Peterborough on Saturday of the long weekend. Our door to our RV would not open. Called Great Canadian Rv late in the afternoon when service was closed. They were able to get me a technician who talked me through opening a stuck door. Can't thank them enough. Awesome friendly service.
I purchased a used trailer off of Great Canadian RV. I was well taken care from the first contact until I picked up my trailer. I feel I got great value but more importantly first class customer service. Their team helped walk me through the fundamentals of owning a RV. I was very impressed with the selection, variety and value of the RV related products in the store. I will be a back!
We had nothing but a great experience. We knew it was the RV we were looking for when we first saw it. We are from Durham Region and ended up in Peterborough as Katie was awesome and not pushy like most dealers we were at. Al was so kind and made sure we were well taken care of. He was very involved with the customers.Very friendly people. You won’t be disappointed.
Can't say enough good things about this business and how the service center is run. Paul was friendly, accommodating, and very reasonable. His crew also need to be recognized for the quality work they did to fix up a soft floor and an exterior leak. I highly recommend these guys and will be dealing with them in the future.
Very nice and helpful folks here. Did a curbside pickup. Easy and trouble free! Part II So, I had some problems with my BBQ on my trailer. Worked in July, dead two weeks later. So, brought my BBQ and hose and asked Rich if I could try it on one of their trailers to eliminate the problem. His response, "No Problem" he disappears and waves me into the back. I plugged it in and it works! So bad valve on the trailer. Repairs completed and works like a charm! These folks are the best! This will be my one and only stop for RV repairs. Thanks again! The planked salmon on our last trip after Thanksgiving was awesome!
A big thank you great Canadian RV....As first time trailer buyers we had an amazing experience. My boyfriend and I just bought a 2020 East to West Alta 2100mbh. We were so impressed with the exceptional customer service they provided. We got a full walk through all types and makes of trailers. The staff was very experienced and knew what they were talking about. They took the extra time and answered all of our questions with great detail. You can tell this business only sells high quality trailers. We are so happy with our purchase and can’t wait to start camping this year. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking to buy a trailer.
