Went in for a broken crown. Because it wouldn't be covered by my dental coverage, I went back to the original dentist to see if he would cover his work. He showed me an abscess at the base of that tooth that Peter Marlon missed and said I need a root canal and should get the root canal done before the crown. I decided to have the root canal done with Peter Marlon. Peter did the root canal and I have been back twice for contact pain on the tooth. First time he prescribed antibiotics. The second time he ground down the "high spots" on the tooth and charged for the work. When I pointed out he missed the abscess the first time, he said he would have done the crown first then the root canal. (Drill into a new intact crown? Doesn't make sense to me) He uses words like probably, hopefully, and rule out. Shouldn't he know before he does any work. I will be going back to my original dentist, who is 8 hours and a ferry ride away, to get the crown and any other work done. Peter Marlon is very condescending.

Dr Peters has been my childrens dentist for over 3 years. He has been wonderful with them, even my daughter who has anxiety over needles has had no problems getting work done by Dr Peters and his staff.

Had root canal, work was average, but the fillings on this tooth and another he did were sharp and poorly formed. Went back 3 times to get him to smooth them down. My tongue was so irritated that he took a biopsy to check it out. Unnecessary pain and suffering. The results were irritation from rough dental work. (big surprise) Changed dentist and will never go back !!!!!!!!!!!!!
