Staff were very nice! No long wait to allow for any anxiety... Hygienist and dentist were very understanding and had me all fixed up and out the door in no time! I have been to several dental offices in the Comox Valley and Cumberland Dental Centre had no hidden costs when I was there or on the several occasions my husband went which never was the case anywhere else. I highly recommend them!

What a great dentist. Super friendly, thorough and gentle when it comes to sensitive teeth and gums. Also, I had to change my appointment and they were so accommodating.

After having a horrible and very over-priced visit at another dentist for our daughter, the staff at Cumberland Dental treated us very fairly.. Almost too fairly. We love how the hygienists and dentist all take the time to make our daughter feel comfortable and explain everything to her that they are about to do. They also don't 'dumb it down' for her by saying things like 'we're getting rid of the sugar bugs'. We will be switching the entire family over to Cumberland and have already recommended them to many of our co-workers and friends as well as on Facebook.

I had my wisdom teeth removed as part of Dr. Becir's training for IV sedation. I was nervous about the sedation part, never having experienced it before. The whole team was excellent and kept checking in to see how I was doing, and Dr. Becir explained everything really well to me, made sure all of my questions were answered, and made me feel respected as a patient. A shout out to Caitlin (hygienist/assistant) for being such a kind person - thanks :) -- I am one of "those people" who has a hard time trusting doctors & dentists because of past experiences, but these people are so good at what they do and so genuinely caring and respectful that i had no problem trusting them. And the procedure was well done, no hiccups. Also Dr. Lamb is my regular dentist there and she is excellent, she's filled *many* cavities for me and she does a great job, ditto for her everything I said about explaining things well and being respectful etc.

The best dentist experience I have ever had. Brought out kids and they now love going to the dentist! Supper friendly and down to earth staff.
