Friendly staff very helpful. Wish they took better care of all the animals and reptiles. I understand you are a large chain of stores but better care is always possible.

I come here very often and I like to bring my blue heeler puppy in with me for socialization and because it's dog friendly. Like most hyper pups he enjoys to jump on the humans because he can't always control his excitement. As much as i would love to put him in puppy training classes we just can't afford it, which i have to explain every time. EVERY TIME that i bring him into the store most of the cashiers HAVE to point out the fact that jumping is bad and i'm not doing things right with my dog and the way that i am training him and that nothing will work except puppy classes. I like to come here because i get great discounts and i spend lots of money with my pals rewards, but i dont like to bring my dog anymore because of the way they treat me when i am with him.

I am boycotting this store. They absolutely do not take care of the animals there. I have been there several times to see dead fish, including several large koi fish. The reptiles are very very often without water. The service here is the worst service of any business I have been to in Bozeman. I have had to wait a ridiculously long time for help every single time I have been there because they can't find someone to help me, and honestly several of the people working there are just plain rude and clearly should not be working customer service. I am very saddened by this, but honestly, go to PetSmart instead, you be much less disappointed.

Great store, wonderful staff, amazing customer service! The people here really care about animals. We've never had any problems with this store.

Very poor customer service, horrid pet maintenance, and the manager is just so darn angry about life. I couldn't believe how bitter the managers is. I thought it was just one visit, but the next visit he was just as cranky. He was complaining about how the UPS drivers throw boxes of salt water fish and leave them out in cold weather to die. The manager said they have > 50% loss, which is absolutely unacceptable. If this was true, and I certainly hope not, then Petco should be proactive and hold UPS and the manager accountable. As a pet store chain, they should care about all the little lives in those boxes. If you can't take care of them, don't order them. I own many fish and this really pisses me off.
