I had a really poor experience here. The young man helping me was new. I don't blame him (Caleb), I blame his manager who was standing there asleep at the wheel. His manager seemed a lot more interested in whatever was happening on his text message than helping out his struggling new hire. The young man helping me was unable to answer some of my basic questions about what I could expect as I converted from my previous Carrier. So, I asked the manager standing at the end of the counter. It was obvious this annoyed him and I got a handful of half-answers before he walked out into the hall of the mall to continue his text conversation. I will not be back.

Superlative attention to product and service. Knowledgeable assistance in options, selection, and future considerations. Dan and Erika sent us along with smiles and goodies.

If you want great customer service go see them and ask for caleb. He helped me and my boyfriend out with our old plan we had bundled with Centrylink and got us onto a new plan where we weren't paying almost $200.00 for when our upgrade was up. Hands down the best customer service you could ask for. Not to mention he stayed an hour and a half on his shift. I know where I'm going if i need any assistance I'm going to see them.
