Petawawa Canex SuperMart 400

Great selection of food, clothing, outdoor supplies,appliances, beer and wine. Geared toward members of the CAF but we civilians can benefit from the great quality and value meats and food as well. Many food items are a bit more expensive than at other stores, but CANEX remains the best place in the valley to buy meat.

Newer warehouse building which combines all the food and retail goods in one location. The selection was good and the food looked fresh.

Love coming here, I always find goodies and its so clean. I don't know id its under new management because seems its better than it was a few months ago! I find prices of produce to be a bit high in comparison to actual grocery stores. Staff is friendly except for one. I don't know her name but she has red hair, thick makeup fake nails and larger build. She always thinks that im going to run away as my payment is being processed!!!! She says "hold you horses there''! I'm getting myself organized, putting my wallet away, I have never left from the cash register as payment is processing, and the amount of times she's seen me there its ridiculous! I find it rude and degrading! I always try to wait until she leaves to go to cash just so I can get somebody else.

Great place to shop and buy meat products.

Lots of selection. Produce was fresh. Great prices on meat. Some staff could have been friendlier but if I had to wear a mask all day for the last year I probably could be more friendly too!

The only thing I don't like about the canex is that the grocreys are limited and somewhat pricey due to it being near the military base ,I give them four stars

We love buying our meat from here! We've done their meat orders and buy their pre packaged display meat often. Highly recommend. Have also purchased clothing for us and our kids...great quality but very expensive even more expensive sometimes than buying the clothing direct from the brand stores .

This store has every essential for me personally and much more. Good deals as well. Staff was very helpful.

Awesome store. Will price match if you are a member. Extremely friendly staff. Has a post office inside. Sells produce and freshly cooked chicken. I love CANEX!
