Kirby Pearson is the best Groomer in all of Manitoba and beyond. She treats my dog Nestle gently and with love, yet at the same time sets the boundaries as to who is in charge during a time that can be stressful for our 4 footed companions/family. I have tried other groomers in the past and none of them come even close to Kirby. I had one groomer who my dog was afraid to go back to and kept jumping up at me to try and get me to take him out of there, and then another who did the grooming in her house who didn't even give Nestle a bath before she started wildly clipping his hair. My boy is a Poodle, with a very tight curl that can be tricky to deal with and also has the Regal attitude that Standard Poodles can have, where he thinks he is the boss and is going to behave how he wants to. Nestle absolutely loves going for his grooming sessions with Kirby and even if he does get a bit vocal while she is grooming him, he is always happy to see her.

I love this Pet Valu! Always greeted with a hello and smile. The ladies doing the grooming are amazing, they give my little dog the best haircuts always! Such friendly staff! I will never go anywhere else. Thank you!
