Great customer service, at par pet supplies. Awesome doggy daycare as well as doggy training. Sometimes on some items prices can be a bit high.
I bring my long haired cat here to be groomed and have her nails trimmed. Pricing is competitive and the cat specialist is available evenings and weekends! She came out looking fluffy and feeling soft, and they even put a bow on her. So cute!
Lots of past bad experiences grooming our two large doodles… Canvasback was AMAZING. They looked great and no complaints even though I know one of them is a bit of a nervous Nelly… lol! Super friendly and very reasonably priced!! Definitely going back!!
Our two senior dogs had their very first boarding experience with Canvasback and it was amazing. The daily report cards showed us how much fun they were having and how attentive the staff is. They got baths and nail trimming before they came home; tongues out and tails wagging. I highly recommend Canvasback for boarding, especially if you have multiple pets and want to keep them together!
We took our daughter's dog in for a bath and trim. This was our first time at the store, and all the staff were friendly and very helpful.
They do an amazing job take to dogs there and the first time for one of my dogs and they treated her great they treat both of them amazingly. Well recommended
Its a little far for us to drive from wpg, but worth it. The folks are always friendly to us, but more importantly our dog is treated really well which is why we make the trip :
We had the most amazing private dog-training experience with Jenna. She is knowledgeable, firm, kind and wonderfully personable. She is EXACTLY the kind of trainer I was hoping to have for our pup Leo. She demonstrated through very hands-on techniques: "leave it," walking, sit, long-leash "come," and much more. I highly recommend Jenna and Canvasback as a locally owned pet supply store. Beautiful facility!!
Don't bother driving from Wpg to this store. You can get everything they have for dogs at either Global Pets or Pet Valu and cheaper. They had me pick up a item I ordered and when I got there 1 hr driving they didn't even have it...I confirmed this item on hold twice. They said stock count on website is usually wrong???
Top notch customer service. I needed a urinary cat food with no chicken. They searched all of their suppliers and ordered in the food. They’re always outstanding at customer service.
