Good clean store friendly staff very helpful.
We have been coming here since our children were babies. Still an awesome place to go. My son howled with the wolves. The bear came out to say hi. The Lions woke up and gave us a big yawn. Tarves Travels stayed for over an hour. A great way to spend day 20 of 300 on our tour of Canada, U.S and Mexico. Thank you.
The staff here is great! Very quick to offer help and support. Have a great selection of cat trees, dog collars,leashes and food variety ** DOG WASH is so awsome - if you have a large dog that sheds the hair is in there tub. It's a higher up large tub,they have a variety of products you get to use, warm water with a drying hose, all enclosed if your pet needs its space. All for $10.00!!!!
Great staff and great pet food products at reasonable prices. They also have self serve wash stations for your animals.
Kim who I'm pretty sure is the manager of this store is incredibly helpful. He's extremely knowledgeable and goes out of his way to ensure your experience buying here is worth your time to go in. He's been our go-to with nutrition questions for our dog. Thanks Kim and keep up the good work.

Good selection of hard to find bird products. Very friendly helpful staff. Fresh clean atmosphere. Amazing Roman style dog baths that have to be seen to be believed. Wash, comb & blow dry any sized dog in deep tiled tubs. Carries top end dog & cat foods.
Great service. I used their dog bath which was super helpful. Plus they have so many more "natural" food products for the dogs.
The team are always friendly with me and my puppers. Very helpful in finding alternatives and ways to help our dog. Would definitely go back.
Extremely helpful, had exactly what I wanted. The staff was knowledgeable about their products and services, but wasn't pushy and let me just shop.
