The people who work here are so AWESOME! The young girl who was working at the time i came in was sooo friendly and welcoming when me and the dog i was with walked through the doors just this past Sunday. She was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable when i was asking for advice. I am kind of new to owning a dog right now and she had so many great tips. She helped me give my dog a bath!! This store has a lot of high quality food , and the staff really helped me find some good stuff at an affordable price. They also did not pressure me into buying anything they thought i would not need. Great staff will always make an enjoyable experience and this is is the reason why i will continue to shop here. Thank you Pet Planet!!!

Best pet supply store I've ever come across! I go to Pet Planet because Al, the owner, and the staff are so great. It might not be the cheapest place in the world for pet supplies, but it is absolutely the best, and worth the difference in a few cents here and there. All of the staff are such wonderful people who are clearly animal lovers. I've been in there probably 15 times since moving to Pitt Meadows and every time I have a great time and learn something! Al, the owner, is extremely attentive, knowledgeable and clearly makes it his personal mission to make sure you get exactly what you're looking for when you come in. Service and knowledge is worth a lot to me. Forget the big box places, come here and experience real service and knowledge. You will not be disappointed. Thank you, Pet Planet, for being the pet supply store everyone else wishes they could be! Keep up the good work!

Al and his team have great suggestions and are extremely knowledgeable. They only have the best products and their prices are very competitive, if not lower, than other pet supply stores

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. If you can believe it I switched litter for my cats a few weeks ago and they called to see how the new litter was working out. Now that is top notch service!
