Gail at this Bosley’s location is particularly rude and unprofessional, quite a contrast from her teenage colleague. There was no greeting when we walked in while she selectively greeted certain customers. She barked the dog wash rules and regulations at us despite us telling her we’ve used the service multiple times. The dog wash here is only sporadically open and in general the staff are unfriendly. This is a stark contrast from the very friendly and welcoming Bosley’s locations in Port Coquitlam and Port Moody. This has been by far the worst pet store location we’ve ever visited. Three thumbs down - thanks to the nasty treatment from Gail today we’ll never be back and we’ll be sure to spread the word.

Awefull customer service, staff are rude including the manager. I will happily taking my business elsewhere.

Nice supplies, but rude staff. The manager never greets me, and yet greets other customers and this has happened on several occasions. Will be shopping at a different Bosley's location.

Unbelievably friendly staff who are so very helpful. Great selection of pet foods and accessories. Definitely an enjoyable shopping experience
